Singletrack Magazine and www.singletrackworld.co.uk
Singletrack Magazine is a bi-monthly publication available through bike shops, newsagents, cafes, selected bookshops or online from the mostly daily updated website. Singletrack is a small company of mountain bikers trying to do what they like best and hopefully there's enough of you out there that think so too.
The Cycling Scotland website contains information on Bike Week, taking place across the UK in June and more info on cycling events such as Pedal for Scotland. Cycling Scotland is core funded by the Scottish Executive to bring cycling out from the fringes of everyday life and into the mainstream.
The Monumental Mountain Bike Club is based in Golspie. The Club was established in 2005 to support the creation of 20 kilometres of purpose-built mountain bike trails (Highland Wildcat Trails) that will obviously benefit local riders, but also the entire area by bringing in heaps more visitors. For more info and to find out how to join the Monumental MTB club visit their website by clicking on the link above.
